The Custom Design Process

Step 1

Email us at info@kendallkatejewelry.com with a brief description of your desired custom piece to schedule a free consultation, virtually or in person (has to be within an hour of the Houston area).

We’ll go over all your ideas, inspiration photos, preferred metal types, and diamond options to get a clear vision of what you love. Once we’ve nailed down the details, I’ll provide you with a custom quote and we will send your design off to have a 3D model created to give you a better idea of what your design will look like! I will then source the perfect stones for you (if needed) from a collection of high-quality diamonds and/or gemstones.

Step 3

Once all the details are finalized and approved, a 30% deposit is required to officially begin production. Our expert jewelers will begin on your custom piece. This process typically takes weeks, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Once your piece is complete, you’ll receive detailed videos so you preview the final result. After the final payment is received, your piece will be carefully packaged and either shipped to you or prepared for in-person pickup. Your custom piece will arrive in a beautifully presented box—ready to wear, gift, or propose!

Do you use lab-grown or natural diamonds?

We use both natural and lab-grown diamonds.

Are custom pieces refundable?

No, custom pieces are nonrefundable.

What metal do you use?

Most are of our custom pieces are made out of 14k yellow or 14k white gold.

What is your warranty?

I am happy to repair any damages within the first 90 days of receiving the product. Repairs needed after 90 days, will result in repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer!
