Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom pieces and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for a return.

If your item(s) meet the return criteria, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@kendallkatejewelry.com with your name, shipping address, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Return Form: Once we receive your email, we’ll send you a return form to complete and include with your return shipment. 
3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. .
4. Processing Time: Once your return is received and processed, typically within 14 business days from the date of shipment, we’ll notify you by email. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kendallkatejewelry.com. 

Please note, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Kendall Kate Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Fine jewelry is delicate and should be worn with care. 

If you received the wrong item, email us immediately so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
