Email us at info@kendallkatejewelry.com with a brief description of your desired custom ring to schedule a free consultation, virtually or in person (has to be within an hour of the Houston area). 

Whether you have a clear design in mind or just a few inspo pictures, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Once we have decided on a design we will send our design off to have a 3D model created to give you a better idea of what your design will look like! I will then source the perfect stones for you (if needed) from a collection of high-quality diamonds and/or gemstones. I’ll present the detailed 3D model for your approval. You’ll have the opportunity to make adjustments to ensure it’s exactly what you envisioned. If so, we will move onto the next step. If not, we will make the changes and send it off to have the 3D model edited. We will then meet once more before the final approval to ensure that everything is perfect! After final approval, I will request a down payment before we bring your design to life. After each step is completed, my skilled jewelers will get to work, using the finest materials and craftsmanship. This process typically takes weeks, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Lastly, your finished piece will be presented to you (or shipped to you) in a beautiful box, ready for you to enjoy!

Do you use lab-grown or natural diamonds?

We use both natural and lab-grown diamonds.

What metal do you use?

Most are of our custom pieces are made out of 14k yellow or 14k white gold.

Are custom pieces refundable?

No, custom pieces are nonrefundable. 

What is your warranty?

I am happy to repair any damages within the first 90 days of receiving the product. Repairs needed after 90 days, will result in repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer!
